General Questions

I cannot attend my appointment, do I need to cancel?

If you are not able to keep your appointment please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
If 24 – 48 hours notice is given a charge of £30 per half hour or 50% of the fee of the treatment planned for that appointment, whichever is the greatest will be charged. (unless we are able to fill the gap)
(24 hours or less – The full appointment fee will be charged. (unless we are able to fill the gap)

Patient Information

What is your patient confidentiality procedure?

Patient confidentiality at our practice is taken seriously and all information about our patients is treated with the strictest of confidence in accordance with our practice policy. We can give you details of who has access to your information and your rights in relation to disclosure of such information. If you would like a copy of our practice confidentiality policy, please ask the Practice Manager.

How can I leave customer feedback?

We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your dental treatment and would be happy to recommend our services to others. If not, please let us know about it so that we can rectify the cause for dissatisfaction and improve our services. You can request a copy of the practice complaints procedure from the Practice Manager, who will explain the procedure in detail and deal with any concerns you might have.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit and debit cards.

When do I pay for my dental treatment?

We ask that you pay for your treatment as you go, usually at the end of each appointment.

Is a deposit required for some treatments?

Sometimes we may ask for a deposit or some of the costs up front if there is to be laboratory work involved, this will be mentioned at your appointment.

Can I spread the cost of treatments?

We can spread the cost of your treatment over your appointments with the dentist or hygienist to make payment easier. We are happy to fill out any insurance forms that you may have and will issue you with an itemised receipt.
